Meet the owner
Marlena Bradshaw
Marlena began by helping Margo, the owner of Tender Care Services, care for families through estate sales with patience and respect. Starting in August 2026, she is carrying that same heart forward—taking on the clientele and trusted business practices as Kind Heart Estate Sales.
With deep ties across Central Indiana, Marlena is rooted in community service, including running food pantries and volunteering with the local Salvation Army. She brings that same neighborly spirit to every home she opens.
An estate sale is rarely “just a sale.” It’s a home full of memories, decisions, and emotions. Our role is to make the practical parts feel lighter — inventorying with care, staging with intention, hosting with kindness, and settling every detail so nothing is left hanging.
